oh yeah
I am blogging from the road in front of my house; however, I can't upload images from the damn thing - now THAT would have been cool!
Four Months!
On Tuesday Finley was four months old! Very exciting. She had her doctor appointment and was traumatized with a second round of shots. She is 17 pounds 13 ounces and 26 1/2 inches. Basically she is like an 8 month old! She is making lots of high (highhighHigh!!!) pitched squeaking noises and low heh heh heh laughs. She petted Murray for the first time yesterday all on her own and he liked it. She has started doing something that looks like a scooch. Seems like she is bypassing trying to push up with her arms - it's like she's trying walk before crawling. The doctor said we could start introducing solids a little at a time - first try was a hit - banana! That's all the news that is fit to print, folks.

Super Techno Mama!!!
While going to the gym last week (ugh.) and right before our trip to the city, a water bottle leaked in my bag and killed my phone. Drag. But Craig who always has splendid ideas for ways to spend money says "Why don't you get an iphone!" I have never had an ipod or mp3 player at all (which will come in handy as it looks like I am actually having to go to that gym now) PLUS all the other cool things this gadget can do... Long story short, I am now the proud, if sheepish, owner of this supremely cool device. I will try to actually blog with it soon.

NYC - September - Part Deux
Back for a few more action packed days in the ci-tay... Hope Pops and Lisa are having as much on their trip as we are having in their apartment!
Fin was a trooper, but honestly it kicked her butt!
Well, theirs, really...
We're not in Pawling anymore, Toto...
Waiting in the car for a good parking spot... As a good friend of mine says, "Having a car in New York City is like having two wives live block apart."
My shining moment - breastfeeding in the Metropolitan Museum of art while looking at the art!
Another woman breastfeeding in The Met.
I love this - me and my baby looking at Van Gogh's Madame Roulin and her Baby.
The Reservoir, Central Park
A new place we get to hang out - the kiddie parks!
Serenade on a sunny September day:)

Flying Finley
Flying Finley and Father following
Father flying Finley following her flightpath
following Finely flying farther than her father
further than her father?
furrier than her furrier scurrying?
hurry furry father following a flying finley farther
than any man has gone before?
it is hard to write a caption for this one

NYC - September - Part 1
Pop and Lisa have graciously allowed us to stay in their apartment for the month while they are on vacation so we are psyched and will be going back and forth a few times. I am hungry for a little City life and the weather is starting to cool down, so Finley and I went by ourselves for a few days while Craig was working upstate.
She liked the bed:)
