What she is NOT for Halloween

A chinese dragon. Though Fairy Godmother Nana flew from San Francisco and brought this great hat.
A beaver. This is a hand-me-down which I love for everyday use, but for Halloween I am not a fan of these types of costumes.

An angel. Though she is....

What WILL she be then? Guess you'll have to check back on Thursday!

Re-entering The Blogosphere

We made our first flights together to meet my family and friends in Denver and Colorado Springs. Are you ready for some serious photo blogging? There are a few good people missing including Cheryl, Kristen and my niece/nephew Sabrina and Evan and more - pictures didn't come out.

Grandpa Woody

The mountains where I grew up - they always make me feel g-o-o-d.

Carol, Felix and I hung out when we were 14! Dominic is their youngest.

Grandma with a teething Finley:(

Aunt G and Uncle Max! Thanks, Spence for letting us take over your room!

Tasty headset on the plane.

Uncle Shawn!

Great Aunt Betty!

Carol's new grandson(!!) and super cutie Jaheem Jr. Congratulations, Lindsay!

One of my oldest/best friends Carol and her kids/nieces and Mom, Marvene.

First High Chair!

First Swing!

Uncle Scott loved her up good.

Taking the breastfeeding tour on the road!! Garden of the Gods - one of my favorite places in the world.

My favorite family photo on the trip.

Gorgeous!! This one walk was worth the whole trip.

There was also the first cold and a first trip to the emergency room for possible croup/stridor. We are all okay now and feeling better AND glad to be HOME!

Fun Havin'

We can have us some fun just about anywhere... Sometimes you have to stop and smell the Mallomars (just don't purchase!)

Couldn't pass on a photo op with the Bubba Burgers. The stroller holds a baby and at least 2 - 3 meals!!

We are off to Colorado - Blog ya later!!

Passin' It On...

I digress from the babies -

The last time Finley and I were in NYC it was right after Yom Kippur and in our regular kiddie park was erected a mysterious structure. I wouldn't have been any the wiser had I not seen "Ushpizin" a wonderful film about the Sukkot holiday. I highly recommend and check out my photos of, yes - The SNAP Sukkah!! Too funny.

I must also insist that everyone put on their Netflix list "God Grew Tired of Us" about The Lost Boys of Sudan.

Anne Burgess Rowe!!

My Aunt Anne came for a long weekend to meet the Bubba. She cooked all the meals, we took long walks and she let Finley drool on all her jewlery... Thanks for making the trip, we love you!!

Where our travels together started in Umbertide, Italy, 1994.

Abiyoyo - Yum!

She's still diggin' on the banana, so we thought we would move right along with a little sweet potato. (Emmett's first food?)
