....so nice to sit here munching on cashews while Natanya sleeps, the boys (Jono and George) are up at the studio, the dryer hums it's warm air hum and I've got many posts to catch up on... I love the photo's and the bigger picture they create. It's always so incredible to see how Finley grows. It seems fast but it's been years now that I've been watching (smile). As for the broken camera and the questions that came and went, I frequently consider the whole marketing the art thing. I do enjoy selling my work to people who really appreciate it I must admit, but every time I've had a commission or had to produce work as a "job" it's seemed to loose the thing which makes my "hobby" fun. The lack of self consiousness and the simple joy of doing something I love... That said, I'm glad you didn't choose to sell! Your advent calendar is AWESOME! And the whole family Thanksgiving thing looks warm and wonderful!! Glad to have a peek. I do love the blogspots! xox
